You can delete your Foreward Profile and end ordinary access to your profile information. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
What will happen
- · Public profile access ends.
- · Company and individual profile access ends.
- · Active applications may be withdrawn or may remain as limited application records, depending on your choice and legal requirements.
- · Profile evidence, recordings, and candidate-authored content enter the deletion process.
- · Limited audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required hiring records may be retained.
- · Deleted information will not remain available for ordinary employer review.
- · The action may not be immediately reversible.
