Assessment

Your Foreward Profile develops over time. Practice as many times as you like — take an official assessment when you're ready to add new evidence.

What will happen

A structured session across five categories. Exact questions are chosen when the assessment begins — you'll see representative samples first, not the exact question set.

What AI will do

Draft observations from your transcripts and tie each to the exact moment. It won't score you as a person and won't recommend a hiring decision.

What we won't do

No integrity, personality, or fit scores. No hire or reject recommendations. Ever.

Assessment Authenticity

The official assessment is intended to capture natural, independent responses. Please confirm:

  • · I will not use prepared scripts, AI-generated answers, or another person's assistance.
  • · I will not read answers from another screen or document.
  • · I understand that the system may identify unusual session activity for human review.
  • · I understand that review signals are not automatic findings of dishonesty.

Environment setup checklist

  • · Close unnecessary applications and materials.
  • · Remove prepared notes from your immediate view.
  • · Test your microphone and camera.
