Trust & transparency

What this platform will do, and what it will not.

A hiring tool earns trust by naming its limits. Here are ours.

Provenance

Every claim shows its source

Observations always link to the question, transcript excerpt, and timestamp that produced them. Self-reported content is labeled as such. Institution-verified content is labeled separately.

AI boundaries

AI organizes. Humans decide.

The AI drafts observations from structured responses. It does not assign integrity, personality, or fit scores. It does not recommend hiring outcomes.

Visibility

Nothing is discoverable by default

Candidates choose what employers see, at the field level. Access is logged. The candidate can revoke access to their Human Profile at any time — limited application and audit records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Data control

You can delete your data

Deletion removes the profile, transcripts, and recordings from the candidate-facing surface within the prototype. Production data controls will be reviewed before any live use.

Prototype limitation

This is a prototype. It is not authorized for hiring.

All candidates, employers, jobs, and evidence in this environment are fictional. Legal, privacy, security, accessibility, and industrial-organizational psychology review are required before any live hiring use.
